HISTORY OF AUTO DOC

Auto Doc has been a family owned and operated business for the past twenty years that has grown from two employees to six, from four service bays to ten, and from minimal equipment to numerous specialty tools.  We are now a full service Auto Repair Facility.

At Auto Doc, we feel that our business has been successful because we treat our customers like family.  We strive to provide a friendly, caring Auto Repair Facility that performs honest automotive repairs.  Due to our honest work, gaining the loyalty and respect of our customers, and our faith in God, we have grown to be the best AUTO REPAIR SHOP in Greenville, Texas.

The biggest challenges we face in this business are being able to educate our customers that the automotive business is not just about being a mechanic and being able to encourage our technicians to keep up with the changing technologies.  Most of the time our customers are not aware of the technology involved in today's automobile and how to find the problems and to repair it.

The automotive industry is a high-tech field requiring many hours of training and skill.  In the past ten years, the automotive industry has changed from the "under the shade tree" type of work, to very sophisticated technology.  We in this industry must prepare ourselves to deal with the onset of the new technology that is here now and changing every year.  Our industry requires more training, or we will not be able to maintain the quality of service that will be required.

We are continuously trying to expand our database of customers.  Our goal is to provide a friendly, caring, #1 auto repair facility that performs quality work at a fair price.
